Prove it, don't just check it off.
A habit tracker that asks for photo or video proof, verifies it with AI, and only counts the days you really did.
From intention to verified streak
Four steps. No honor-system checkboxes. Real proof, checked by AI.
-
Pick a habit
Gym, walking, meals, or anything custom you want to stick with.
-
Capture proof
In-app camera only. Video check-ins ask you to pan the phone so a still or replay is harder to fake.
-
AI verifies
OpenAI vision checks that your proof matches the habit.
-
Streak builds
Verified days count. Freeze days protect you when life happens.
Built to end fake streaks
Proof first. Then the systems that keep it honest.
-
AI verification
Every check-in needs photo or video proof. AI evaluates whether it actually matches your habit — not a tap-and-believe checkbox.
-
Live video, motion-gated
Video proof isn’t a still frame in disguise. The app asks you to pan so a screenshot or old clip is harder to pass off as today.
-
Circles & group streaks
Small private circles share habits, keep a group streak alive, and cheer each other on. Optional leaderboards if you want the heat.
-
Streak freezes
Miss a day without losing everything. Freeze tokens and vacation ranges protect momentum when life gets messy.
-
Flexible privacy
Per-post control: private, friends, public, or communities. You choose who sees each proof.
Beyond the check-in
Verified days are the core. Progress, people, and reminders keep you coming back.
-
Gamification
Points, levels, and badges
Earn points for verified check-ins and streak milestones. Level up from Habit Builder toward Legend, and unlock badges for first proof, long streaks, freezes used, and first cheer.
-
Insights
Progress you can read
See activity over time, week rings, best and worst days, habit correlations, personal records, and a contribution heatmap on your profile — so you know what’s sticking.
-
Social
Communities and friends
Join topic communities with feeds and opt-in leaderboards, or keep it personal with friend requests. Share a check-in to a circle, a community, or keep it private.
-
Rhythm
Schedules and reminders
Set daily, weekday, weekly, or custom dates per habit. Get reminded when you haven’t checked in, and get nudged when a streak or group streak is at risk.
Screens that stay out of your way
Check in, cheer your circle, climb levels, and watch verified streaks grow — in a few taps.
Questions, answered
Straight answers based on how the product works today.
You control who sees each check-in: private, friends, circles, or public/communities. Account details and private proofs stay with your account. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
A fresh photo or video captured in the app that clearly shows you doing the habit. Gallery uploads are not allowed. For video proof, the app may ask you to pan the phone so a still or old clip is harder to fake. AI verification may reject blurry, unrelated, or ambiguous media — retake and try again.
Pricing will be confirmed at launch. Core habit tracking with proof and verification is designed to be usable without a subscription; optional paid tiers may unlock higher limits or extras later.
Proof media is stored securely and sent to OpenAI for verification. Visibility follows the sharing choice you make for that check-in. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Yes. In Settings you can delete your account by confirming with the word DELETE. Your profile becomes “Deleted user,” private data is removed, and shared posts are anonymized. There is a 30-day recovery window before permanent removal is intended. You can also email hello@stoke.app.
Each habit can earn freeze tokens that cover a miss without resetting your streak. You can also set vacation date ranges when you know you’ll be away, so one busy stretch doesn’t wipe weeks of progress.
Verified check-ins and streak milestones earn points that level you up. Badges unlock for milestones like your first proof, multi-week streaks, joining a circle, or cheering someone on. They’re a record of real days — not checkbox taps.
Circles are small private groups with shared habits and a group streak. Communities are broader topic spaces (like fitness or walking) with feeds and optional leaderboards. You pick the audience per post.
